During the battle between Ratchet and Dr. Nefarius, use the Groovitron Glove on him and he'll do a somewhat similar dance to Micheal Jackson's Thriller dance.

Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time
In the cutscene where Dr. Nefarius and Lord Vorselon are playing an arcade game, Nefarius as himself in the game uses the Hadoken plenty of times and the Shoryuken once. The Hadoken and Shoryuken are fighting techniques from the Street Fighter series.

The first one I can think of is the code to Republic of Dave's safe (1138) - there is no chance this isn't a direct reference to Lucas' pre-Star Wars film THX-1138....

When you play, go to the Borderlands acheivements. There should be an acheivemant called "There are some who call me...Tim." That's a reference from "Monty Python and the Holy Grail." Tim the enchanter says it.
