So Much for the City (The Thrills) Easter Eggs

After Track 11 ('Til the Tide Creeps In) finishes wait for around a minute and a hidden 12th track will start playing (it actually starts playing at 6:06 min of track 11). I think its called 'Plans' and its not actually that bad.
