On the main dvd menu, press up on your remote until the LionsGate logo is highlighted then press on it. Now three trailers will play. Cabin Fever, and two other movies.

Go to special features, enter pancakes, as soon as the guy starts dancing hit the rewind feature on your dvd remote (not the rewind chapter!)this will take you to the egg, even the director says : welcome to the hidden easter egg feature on the movie.
