This works on PowerPoint 95 (version 7.0b) also, and you only need to click once.

Also, in PP 2000, clicking on the logo in the upper-left corner of the about-help screen will begin to display credits.

OK, I tried this and nothing happened so I got a little frustrated and began clicking wildly all over the about screen then all of a sudden the credits popped up with very colorful and animated names. It was kind of cool, but how do I see the Mac arena??

I have Office 97 SR-1 and all you have to do is left-click on the graphic, no key combos required. Also, no Macarena.

There are two eggs that can be found in the PPT About box. First is the one stated, hold Ctrl+Alt+Shift and click on the line about the warnings. It will make the bar on the left scroll about. Next is holding Ctrl+Alt+shift and clicking on the bar on the left, this will start a cool animation that shows the producers names.
