Windows XP Easter Egg - Microsoft Bear
1. Open Windows Explorer
2. Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32
3. Look for a file named "jdbgmgr.exe"
The icon of it is a grey teddy bear!
Fun Fact: Its actually a picture of a teddy bear one of the Microsoft employees used to carry around.
