iOS 5 Easter Egg - iOS 5 Debug Console Easter Egg!
Enable the debug console under Safari in settings (in advanced submenu). Then go to a website with many errors. Once you find a site, click the side arrow on the debug console to view the list of errors. Find one with a green speech bubble icon, and squint really hard, or take a screenshot and zoom. It says "Here's to the crazy ones...."

(Possibly something to do with Steve Jobs???)
