With the unit powered on, enter the configuration mode by pressing the CONFIGURE button. Use the soft button to switch to page 3. Press where the version information is displayed (on my unit, it says "VERSION V1.16").

Now you have two choices. If you hit the VECT/SCH button in the LEFT DISPLAY section, an animation appears on the left display of a stick man running from a giant PacMan, left to right across the screen. Then, they run right to left, all the while the PacMan catching up with the stick figure. Presumably, the creature catches up with they poor guy because, once they are off screen, the word, "CHOMP," appears for a second before returning to the configuration screen.

The other choice is to hit the CH B1/CH B2/CH B3 button in the INPUT group of buttons, at which point the machine plays a quick game of Towers of Hanoi.
