Maxtor Hard Drives Easter Egg - Bunny on Board!

1) Look at your HDD once it is out side of the case.
2) Turn it over upright so you can see the green etched board, and the IDE socket (lots of pins) is facing away from you.
2) Look at left-hand side and notice that there is a rabbit printed on it.

I have noticed that on many other Maxtor HDD's it is not there, thats why I think it has to be "Date: 10AUG2002".

i see this sorta stuff all the time and i don't think too much about it. i like to take apart old electronics and computer parts to recycle the metal and well, just because i like taking stuff apart. i have an old 540 meg Maxtor hard drive model#7541A on my desk right now that has a fish on it.
