Look on the map towards the east of Red Country. There is an area named Northstar Rock. Re-arrange the syllables to get Rockstar North, the creators of the game.

When I was looking at the map, I spotted this egg right immediatly. But I don't think this is an egg, it was easy to find.

The name of the egg, along with everything about it, is false. First off, the name of the place is North Rock, not Northstar Rock. Second, there is no way of proving that the name North Rock is an easter egg reffering to Rockstar North.
