Gameboy Advance Easter Egg - Hidden Music

While your Gameboy Advance is starting up, hold down Start + Select. You will hear a little bit of a sound and the Gameboy Advance will freeze until you press either up, down, left, right, A or B.

Actually, that's just the way you tell the Advance to prepare for an incoming link attempt, as far as I know. I think it's in the manual.

This Easter Egg does not seem to work on the Game Boy Advance SP. I have tried this Easter Egg on my Game Boy Advance SP, and I did not hear any kind of music.

It works on the SP and the GBA, but it is Start+Select the music is from an old mario game, but it's not music, it's a sound effect

I think this was used by Nintendo when they were showing off the Advance, it works on my SP and if the Ds has an exact copy of the OS it will work on the DS too.
