These people did not create the paper clip. Read the heading again - the are the Microsoft Office 2000 User SUPPORT Group. These are the people that have to help you make it work...they are not to blame for the things that don't work.

You can also type in: Credits and click on Microsoft User Assistance Staff. It works that way too.

For other languages try translating the word 'credit' in your own language, for instance 'krediet' works if your word version is Dutch.

For the Spanish version, write "crédito" (without quotes), go to the next screen and click on "Equipo de asistencia al usuario de Microsoft Office 2000" En la versión en Español, escribe la palabra "crédito" (sin las comillas), ve a la próxima pantalla haciendo click en "Ver más..." y ahí haz click en "Equipo de asistencia al usuario de Microsoft Office 2000"

I don't believe this is an easter egg. Numerous applications (including MS Word and After Dark) use animated text boxes to display credits.

In Word2000, go to the about screen and hold alt, control and shift. Now left click on the bar, under the info-box (license# and user). The start-up screen will appear

Yeeeah! I found it! :-) Long long I tried to search properly Polish word to type in Office Assistant window and I found it! :-) I knew in Polish "cast" is "osoby", "wyst¹pili", "obsada" etc. I associated these words with it, because these are used in casting lists of films :-). Nothing erroneous more ;-). In "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\1045\" folder there is a file named "WDMAIN9.AW". This file contains all the words (in particular language; "1045" means Polish, but other countries have other numbers). I viewed this file and I found "Microsoft Office 2000 User Assistance Staff" text :-). But, what is the key-word? Yes, that is! "Cast" in English also means "rzucaæ" in Polish! Tried this and... bingo! :-) As it happens, that you must not type whole word "rzucaæ" (or, without Polish letters "rzucac") - "rzuc" will enough. This "rzuc" is a core of word "rzucaæ" in Polish, so you can type in "rzucaæ" ("rzucac"), "rzuciæ" ("rzucic"), "rzuci³" ("rzucil"), "rzuca³" ("rzucal") and all Polish conjugation of this word. Yes, jaras is so good ;-). Greetings for all from Poland. -- jaras
