When they're being chased by guys with the knives and they're jumping over stuff. Almost 40 minutes into the movie he does a twisting flip off a table.. look at the garage door behind him and he flies in the air: it reads, "Hi Speilberg Let do it together"...

During the taxi chase scene, as a taxi crashes over the edge of the flyover there a note to Luc Besson (director of taxi, fifth element, the professional) written as graffiti on the side of the flyover
