In the last Bowser stage, go to the platform before the pipe with the goombas on it. Kill them so they don't bother you. There should be four pillars there. Stand in front of one and go into first-person look mode. Look at the pillar and see Mario fighting...

In the first minigame of the Mario ones, just play it, click replay, play, click replay, WITHOUT QUITTING. After a moment, you will see a two-petal or a one-petal flower. Just remove the petal(s) of that one and click restart.
