1. Open a Star Office spreadsheet
2. enter the following text in an empty cell

2. In the toolbar (German) "Zeichen" - it's probably something like Draw, Drawing, Paint, Painting, etc. in English - click on the text-tool

3. Make a border and then type into it:

3. a special name "sfx**" for ** you insert te result of present day+ present month. this means: if it's the 11th of November, you type 22.
4. click on save
