In the movie Thor is given clothing to wear, and on one of the shirts is the name tag "Donald Blake M.D." This is a reference to Thor's "alter-ego" on Earth in the comic books.

In one scene the men of the town are trying to pull Thor's hammer out of the ground. One man has it chained to the bumper of his truck and pulls off about half his truck trying to pull out the hammer. That man is none other than Stan Lee!

After the credits Nick Fury (Samuel Jackson) approches Dr. Selvig and shows him a case conatining a cube with possible "unlimited power."
