When you have the items in the 'Cave of Offensive' and completed it fully, look at the items, you have a triforce from Zelda, a screwball from Metroid, and a barrel from Donkey Kong which are all other nintendo games.
In Milkyway Wishes, when traveling from planet to planet, in between the water planet and the cloud planet, mostly closer to the cloud planet, there should be a green star, bigger then other stars in the background. Select it and you should go to a planet...
