Sleepy Hollow Easter Egg - Hammer Horror

Tim Burton always claimed that he has been inspired, particularly on this film, by the Hammer horror films of the 1950s, whose look and style are very similar to "Sleepy Hollow."
Two of the regular actors in those films were Christopher Lee (the judge who sends Ichabod to Sleepy Hollow in the beginning of the film), and Michael Gough, who played the town notary (and also Alfred the Butler in all the Batman movies-cast by Burton).

I'm not sure if I'd truly call that an easter egg, good trivia though. However Chrisopher Lee is a classic horror/villain actor. He is seen in a lot of Tim Burton's films, but he also plays Sarumon (spelling?) in the Lord of the Rings and he does the voice of King Haggard in the Last Unicorn (damn I'm a nerd). Like Ed Wood hiring Bela Lugosi, Tim Burton is fond of using the movie icons of his childhood and adolecence, like Vincent Price in Edward Scissorhands.
