You may be confused. They have a friend in the movie whose name is also Casey, he was the one "bouncing" at the Harvard bar. The big bald guy is "casey"in the movie

I believe the person that said the big bald guy is Casey, is right. Just before they walk into the Harvard Bar, there's a pudgy bald guy at the door and chuckie says something along th lines of, "Hey Casey." so at the batting cages, you'd think he's talking about Casey Affleck's charachter, but if u keep watching, you can see that he's talking about a friend named Casey. And it's just a coincendence. Or perhaps maybe an easter egg in itself ya know? But on a totally different matter...do u guys happen to know WHICH friend is Casey Affleck?

It is Casey Affleck and he is the one who uses the baseball glove for "clean-up," who "wants the double burger," who "swallowed a bug," whose "boy'z wicked smaaaht." It is Ben's brother and FYI - the bouncer's name in the movie is Casey, too.
