Tarzan (1999) Easter Egg - Phil Collins a Cartoon?

There is a scene where you see 3 young apes sitting together. The youngest one has Phil Collins' hair style and makes a funny kind of "macho" face as he brushes the hair to the side. This is the exact thing Phil does as part of the I Can't Dance video, and the fact that Phil did the whole Tarzan soundtrack makes it an egg.
