Friends Easter Egg - Jennifer Anniston's Real Last Name

In the episode "The One with Monica and Chandler's Wedding (Part 1)", Rachel is trying to find a minister to marry Monica and Chandler. She finds a wedding ceremony and tries to read the names of the two getting married, one of which is "Anastassakis". She struggles to read the name, which is funny because this actually WAS her last name! Her family changed their last name when they moved to the United States.
