Mario Kart: Double Dash Easter Egg - Luigi's Mansion
To find Luigi's Mansion. Go into time trial mode on Luigi Circuit.
Go through the shortcut by the Chain Chomp and go up the ramp. Look right outside of the map, and you can see Luigi's A Rank Mansion!
