On Disc 5 of Supernatural the Complete Fifth Season:
Go to the Ghostfacers webisodes section.
Scroll down to "The Grand Showcase" and press the right button. A camera will highlight. Hit enter and it will go to "Ed and Harry talk about the Winchesters"

Scroll down to "Dead Time" and press the right button. A dagger will highlight. Hit enter and it will go to "Ed and Harry have a message for the ghosts"

Scroll down to "Shattered" and press the right button. A magnifying glass will highlight. Hit enter and it will go to "Janet Meyers Screen Test extras"
