Monkey Island 2 *Special Edition* Easter Egg - Not Dead Yet...
When you enter Stan's Previously Used Coffin Emporium on Booty Island, the egg is already visible.
Right at the edge of the screen on the right side there is a coffin with an engraving on its lid.
This engraving is the new Lucas Arts Logo used in the MI remake games! As if you still need even more encouragement to buy their games!
