Dopefish, from the game Commander Keen, has been an Easter Egg in many games. He has finally made an appearance once again!

Acquire the pet snack "Large Fish" to see it. Dopefish is red instead of green, but the large teeth and grin are a dead giveaway. This drops off the following enemies:
