Pokemon: Platinum Version Easter Egg - Arceus

First, get to spear pillar (HM03, HM04, HM06, HM08 required) and when you are there, go as far north as you can (to the small staircase) and use the Azure Flute and a large staircase will appear; go up it. You will find Arceus.

This isn't an egg; it's a normal part of the game. Granted, you have to either attend a special event (or Nintendo ever decides to allow everyone to get the Flute as a Mystery Gift over Wi-Fi), or cheat - but it's still only a 'special event' in the game, not an egg.
