Then when you're done blowing stuff up, go back to the big door that you came through to get there(for easy instructions), when you get to the door, turn left until you encounter another wall, turn parallel to the wall, and follow it until you reach a gap in the wall, go all the way to the back of the gap, get out of your Banshee, and turn to your right. There should be a ledge that extends from the wall, follow the ledge until you see a square platform beneath you. Jump onto the platform, and put your back against the wall, and he should pop up.
