From the Special Features menu, press left on your remote from the third option down "Set Tour." The Doctor Who Logo will appear on the right hand side of the screen. Press enter and you will be taken to the feature, "A Letter to Robert Holmes" - a narrated letter exchange between the then writer and a young fan.
