Left 4 Dead 2 PC Easter Egg - Campaign Posters Eggs
A bunch of different easter eggs can be found in the L4D2 campaign posters.
#1 - Blast from the Past
On the loading screens for Dead Center, Dark Carnival, Hard Rain and The Parish, you can see some of the old L4D1 posters behind the new ones:
Dead Center - Dead Air (painted over in bottom-left)
Dark Carnival - Blood Harvest (on the far right)
Hard Rain - Death Toll (on the left, you can see Bill's arm)
The Parish - The Last Stand (top-right, you can sort of make out Bill's leg)
#2 - Always Read the Small Print
There is some small print at the bottom of each of the campaign posters (much like you get on real movie posters). However (and this can only be seen properly with the high-quality versions bought from the Valve store), in the top-right of this small print there is a small reference to something in that campaign.
Dead Center - "Stunt/fight coordinator: Jimmy Gibbs, Jr."
Dark Carnival - "Original music by: The Midnight Riders"
Swamp Fever - "Original music by: Plantation House"
Hard Rain - "Based on the novel by: Edmund Ducatel"
The Parish - "Produced by: Tharmy Burns-Bridges"
#3 - Just the 2 of us
As with Louis and Zoey in L4D1, Nick and Rochelle are standing next to each other in every poster, as a subtle hint towards their relationship.
#4 - Noam Chomsky
In the Dark Carnival poster, you can see the famous Valve gnome on the floor between Ellis' legs.
