Sir Psycho Sexy Easter Egg - Sir Psycho Ghost
Turn up your volume at 4:09 of 'Sir Psycho Sexy' (Track #16 of The Red Hot Chili Peppers' 1991 album entitled 'Blood Sugar Sex Magik'). Listen for a faint yell. The album was recorded in a mansion (that once belonged to Harry Houdini) in the Hollywood Hills. The house was said to be 'haunted.' The band's drummer, Chad Smith, refused to live in the house with the rest of the band during recording, because he was afraid of 'spirits' in the house. Producer Rick Rubin noticed the yell in an audio track of the band's lead singer, Anthony Kiedis (who was ostensibly the only person in the room during the recording). Rubin shared this with the band, who insisted on including this recording on the track.
