Madagascar 2 Easter Egg - Twilight Zone: The Movie Reference?

Just as the plane is entering the thunderstorm, Alex the Lion looks out the window and sees something on the left side engine. His first reaction is to say "Gremlin!" then as the plane leaves the storm he sees its only Mort the Lemur. Now, the sceen looks like the when John Lithgow looks out of the window in the fourth part of Twilight Zone: The Movie which is a remake of the Twilight Zone TV episode "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet" starring William Shatner.
