Spider-man 1 (for PS2) Easter Egg - Thps2=spider Man??

During the cutscene where Venom is addressing the city through Times Square about his capture of Mary Jane, to his left on the building is a big sign that says Tony Hawks Pro Skater 2, not only are these both Neversoft games, but Spiderman was a secret character in THPS2.
