Quake 3 Easter Egg - Dope Fish

Q3DM11 - Where the shotgun is near the teleporter, press against the wall directly across from the teleporter. The Dope Fish is there (which has apparently shown up in a number of other id's other titles).

The Dopefish is from Commander Keen 4. The old famous game also made ID.

I remember The dopefish in Commander Keen 4 as being slightly different, but it is still recognisable because of It's very distinct pair of buckteeth. I remember that from my deprived childhood. oh the memories.
