Street Fighter III: Third Strike Easter Egg - Chun-li's Bracelets

(Note: I assume this easter egg is also present in the other versions of SF3, but I never played them so I can't tell.)

After Chun-Li wins a fight, when her portrait appears, the text below sometimes reads "No, I never remove my bracelets. Why do you ask?"

While this may seem like a normal (albeit pretty random) phrase, it is actually a reference to an urban legend claiming that in Street Fighter II, Chun-Li has a special move where she throws her bracelets at the opponent.
