Departed, The Easter Egg - 'X' Marks the Spot

As you watch them movie notice when ever someone is about to die or anything bad is going to happen there is an 'X' somewhere on the screen.

This is a referance to the original Scarface.

eXamples:

1. When Queenan is thrown off of the building all of the windows have Xs over them.

2. In the elevator scene at the end of the movie there is an X made of tape behind Billy.

3. Right befor Colin gets shot by Dignam we see that his hallway rug is made up of Xs.
