Left 4 Dead (Xbox 360) Easter Egg - Left 4 Dead Hand
In the No Mercy campaign in chapter 4 right before you are about to take the left towards the elevator if you go right then right again on the board you will see an x-ray of the Left 4 Dead symbol, the hand missing the thumb
