when you find one watch it, in about a minute or so u will unlock the last secret mission where u find Julius.

This is false. You have to stand in the purple saints stronghold sign (Purple highlight)and press Y to listen to voice clips. after listening to the 3 in the investigation room, you have to go too troy's office (Next to the room) and get Dex's number from his desk. You then call the number from your phone book which gives you the 'Revelation' mission which has the church ( The saints hideout in the first game)as a start point. Please get it right next time.
