Golden Eye 007 Easter Egg - Twycross Board of Game Classification?

(Please note, those not from the UK probably won't understand the main reference.)

Insert the Goldeneye 007 cartridge into the N64 and turn the power switch on. Did you see the initial screen that looks like the BBFC certificate screen shown at the beginning of movies at the cinema?

Upon closer inspection of this screen you should notice the following details;

1.) As the title suggests, the name "BRITISH BOARD OF FILM CLASSIFICATION" has been replaced with "TWYCROSS BOARD OF GAME CLASSIFICATION." Rare (the developer of this game) is based in Twycross.

2.) Look at the signature under the word "PRESIDENT." Although hard to make out, the signature reads "James Bond".

3.) The "BBFC rating" has a number 4 inside, and the message underneath reads "Suitable only for 1-4 persons," a reference to the fact that 1-4 people can play the game.
