Go to the episode where dedee is making Dexter watch her new dance she saw on TV.At the beginning of the episode dedee is wacthing a music show.There will be a guy riding a train then the camera will show a dance floor with a lot of weird-looking dancers with bling bling and all that stuff, look at the bottom of the screen youl see a man in a smoking suite,he will be looking at both sides constantly.I dont remember if he had a green face but thats him.
