You need to be near the waterfall that isn't very far from the Blue Base(look at the photo).Climb up the waterfall (you can do it with a Translocator, Jetpack mutator, or simply start map in a spectator mode).When you are at the top of waterfall, there is a cave.Enter it, and at the end of cave you can see a big metal plate with word "Hourences" on it.This is the surname of Level designer and Environment Artist specialized in the Unreal Engine, that made this map.
