Megaman X4 Easter Egg - Frozen Penguinsicle

In Frost Walrus' stage, follow the stage until you get to the vault door leading to the boss, after going through the fist vault door, look in the back ground and you should notice a chunk of ice with Chill Penguin inside of it.
