When you have unlocked the bomb, and have held off the seige of Hoolifar Island, do not immediatly go to Darkwater cove, instead dive into the lagoon and go throught the passage. When you reach the cave, break open the door, go past the first mod, break another door.
When you reach the second mod, zoom in (L1 in 3rd person, R2 in lock-strafe) and you will see a miniature Dan Johnson
