Wall-E Easter Egg - Another Valve/Half-Life 2 Reference
As you may or may not know, the movie WALL-E contains some hidden references to valve video games such as Portal and half-life. well i found another one. theres a game by Valve called half-life 2 and it's been one of the best-selling video games ever. well the folks over at Pixar must be Valve fans because they put a number of hidden or not so hidden "valve objects" throughout their film WALL-E. for instance, theres the garden gnomes and the companion cube. the shoe is not from half life though. if you listen to the direcors comentary it will become a metaphore for man learning to walk again. but the dvd just came out so that is little known fact at this second
