Santa Clause, The Easter Egg - Another Home Improvement Reference

when Tim Allen goes to Santa's Grotto at the North Pole he walks through talking to the head elf, looking at various toys. and at one point he picks up a tool belt, holds it up to his waist, looks at the camera and just shakes his head.

He says that because when he puts Santa's pants on, they are way too big for him. This is not a reference to the show, but anyone who watches both might think it is.

Also, after Tim's character is driving on the highway for the first time with the reindeer, he passes by a truck driver. The truck driver is the guy who played Benny (I think that was his name) on Home Improvement.
