Grand Theft Auto 4 Easter Egg - Universal Solution

Head to any TW@ Internet Cafe or potentially any place with a copier. Zoom in on the LCD readout and you'll see in big letters "ERROR" with the directive "Unleash Ninja Guru". This could be an inside joke, a reference or just a funny remark - it certainly describes what I do when I have a problem.
