During the Battle of Coruscant, when Anakin and Obi-Wan find Chancellor Palpatine on the Invisible Hand, Count Dooku appears at the balcony in the back of the room. Obi-Wan tells Anakin they will face him together this time. Immediately after Anakin replies, "I was about to say that," there is a moment when no one speaks. In that moment, you can hear the roar of a TIE Fighter engine outside the ship and a TIE laser cannon being fired, even though the TIE fighters had not yet been created.
