Stargate SG-1 Easter Egg - Lee Van Cleef
In season 4 episode 20, at 10:43-10:44 into the episode, the entity is searching through personell files on a projected computer screen. When the producer zooms in on it, the first name that shows up is Lee Van Cleef, with team designation "SG-1" and a rank of "Master" :)
If you can slow forward from there, his name pops up at least once more on the list too.
