Actually, "Conan the Librarian" is from "Weird Al" yankovich's (or however you spell his name) movie 'UHF'. It's in a promo for a tv show on his network entitled "Conan The Librarian" which is obviously a blatant rip off of 'Conan the Barbarian'.
