Half-Life 2 Easter Egg - The Lost Item
To find this you must be in the level Black Mesa East. Go to the room where Eli, and the vortigaunt is. There should be a bookshelf near where all the papers about Dr. Breen are. On the bookshelf is a item that says LOST.
