3 the message reads : your license to use Cheat engine has expire.you can buy a license to use cheat engine for 1 month for $200, 6 months for only $1000 and for 1 year for only $1800. if you dont renew your license Cheat engine will be severely limited in its abilities (ie next scan has been disabled).
