In an episode where Turk gets a new phone, he says his number is 1-916-CALL-TURK. If you dial this number, you'll reach a phone that stays on set during filming and it is, I know from personal experience, occasionally answered. If you do not get an answer, you will reach a Scrubs voicemail with news about the show and cast.
